Sintez N Group was founded in 1991, and ever since it has implemented more than 8,500 projects of various levels of complexity. More than 250 business reference letters from large enterprises and organizations verify the high quality of work. Our customers are Rosatom, RusHydro, Transneft, Rosneft, RUSAL, Norilsk Nickel, Rostelecom, ALROSA, and others.

Our History
The company was established by a group of talented programmers in Zelenogorsk in 1991 when young energetic guys began to supply software of their own production to several customers in Zelenogorsk (the work was performed on large computers of the EU type). The company received the symbolic name Klyuch ("Key" in Russian).
When the early era of personal computers started, programmers quickly got their bearings and mastered the novelty. They worked literally day and night – there was only one PC for eight people at that time, so they tried to use the time as efficiently as possible, scheduling for everyone all the 24 hours available in the day. Alexander Gelmanov, a graduate of the Tomsk Institute of Automated Control Systems and Radioelectronics, became the leader of the group. He also was the main generator of ideas for the young company.
Soon they began to work not only for Zelenogorsk enterprises but also for the nearby Kansk companies. They demonstrated their own software recorded on five-inch floppy disks and thus generated interest of potential customers. Later, when the volume of work increased, they began to carry the system unit with them.
In time, having realized that most customers need not only software but also the computers too, step-by-step they organized the shipment of computer equipment. Besides, they found out that technical support was in urgent demand too – the "PCs" seemed to be non-understandable for many people, users were afraid to press the button once again, and if suddenly any failure occurred, they started to panic. So the company's specialists began to provide consulting services.
Business was rapidly growing, so the first corporate car appeared (it was VAZ 2106, so-called "six"). It made life easier and opened up new horizons – now young businessmen could actively develop their business in other cities of the region. Also, the company established its own office in Zelenogorsk.
Very quickly the company managed to "stand on its feet", and even the next default, when money devalued several times in one night, didn't break the company down. It was that time when Sintez N had to deliver a large batch of computers to one of the Kansk factories – then instead of 40 units of equipment, they could purchase only 12 (!). and then it took a lot of time and effort to maintain the reputation of a decent company and fulfill the terms of the contract.
Regional sales began to develop in Kansk, Achinsk, Leninsk-Kuznetsk, and other cities of the Krasnoyarsk territory and Kemerovo region, each region had its representative who supervised the company's business locally.
In 1993, the first workshop for customers was held in the Krasnoyarsk House of science and technology. That experience has shown that events are necessary and important, both for organizers and for participants. Since then, organizing seminars and conferences have become commonplace for the company.
In 1994, the Sintez N company was established in Krasnoyarsk – because the first contracts in Krasnoyarsk began to appear.
In order to move forward actively, and constantly open the new fields of activity, it was necessary to have a well-trained and competent staff. The personnel issue was also approached in a non-standard way: the company established its own training center and a youth scientific and practical laboratory Kluris – young specialists were attracted from the best institutes of the country. Thus, a stable personnel platform has been formed.
Gradually, the "center of gravity" of Klyuch activities in Zelenogorsk shifted to Sintez N in Krasnoyarsk, and by the end of the 1990s, the firm finally settled down in the regional center. Thanks to the sensitive response of the company's managers to the slightest changes in the needs of partners and clients, the range of activities of Sintez N has significantly expanded, resulting in the formation of a group of companies on its basis:
* Sintez N - the headquarter and the leading company of the Group,
* a separate division of Sintez N in Norilsk,
* Center for Engineering Competence (CIK) – representative office in Moscow,
* Regional Innovation Center (RIC) is an engineering company that works with major customers in the Krasnoyarsk territory, as well as engaged in the production of Farada Low-Voltage Equipment.
In the early 2000s the company started feeling a little crowded within the Krasnoyarsk territory, and Sintez N continued to expand into the markets of neighboring regions. First, the markets of Khakassia and Tuva were conquered, and then other regions of the Siberian Federal district. At the end of 2012, the turnover in the Krasnoyarsk territory was slightly more than a quarter of the total turnover, and the company received three-quarters of its revenue from transactions in other regions of the SFD. Sintez N finally came out at the interregional level.
In 2004 the company established its own Service Center. Within a few years, it has become an authorized service center of 50 world-class vendors.
2008 was the year of the first large project in the security field. Sintez N built a complex security system for the Alykel airport in Norilsk.
Business magazine Delovoy Kvartal put Sintez N in the top list of The Most Dynamic Companies (link 1, link 2). CRN/RE claimed Sintez N to be one of the 25 best regional IT-companies (link 1, link 2).
Since the 2010s, Sintez N has been actively developing Security Systems as one of its' core activities. A number of landmark projects have been implemented for Krasnoyarsk HPP, Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP, Berezovskaya GRES, Norilsk Nickel, RUSAL, and others. At that time first major contracts with oil companies Vankorneft and RN-Yuganskneftegaz were added to the company portfolio too.
Sintez N has turned from an ordinary system integrator that implements IT projects, into a multi-profile engineering and construction company that implements large complex projects. The company launches its own production of electrical switchboard equipment under the Faráda brand.
In 2019 in order to attract investments for the implementation of new projects company started preparing to enter the financial market.
